VA Role Available



4 hours per week - likely to increase

Fully remote role - working from home

Monday to Friday - flexible hours around your schedule

My client is looking for an experienced freelance VA who is confident with the following systems:

  • Xero

  • Slack

  • Trello

  • Confluence

  • 1Password

He has a really varied mix of admin work across both personal and business areas. He splits his time between UK and France and owns an AI consulting business. Tasks typically include:

  • Property admin such as utility management. bills & purchasing

  • Business admin including basic bookkeeping, preparing reports & formatting documents

  • Keeping him accountable for outstanding tasks and reminding me of upcoming deadlines

  • French speaking bonus, not essential

He’s a really awesome guy and very easygoing to work with, I am at max capacity and have some future plans with my VA business meaning I’m stepping away. So I am helping him source a long term replacement .
