Onboarding process


Hi All,
Just wondering is there such thing as an Onboarding process - a step by step process?

I’m a newbie VA haven’t had any clients as yet but have 2 or 3 potential clients lined up…
At the moment I’m not really sure how this works at all, what to say, what is a structure…?
I know every client is different & using different systems, etc…and it might not be as straight forward but just thought they are some basic steps, script, email templates, etc that can be used?

Any kind of advice would be much appreciated.

I’d add:
Make sure you get all the info whenever you manage to get hold of the client, because these are busy people who are hard to track down. Sign them up then and there, don’t put different things in the diary, just get them to send you stuff while you are on the phone, makes for much better handover!
